[POPPED] Artisan Popcorn is known for our great taste, quality ingredients and amAZing customer service. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your order placed on poppedartisan.com, contact us within three days of delivery for assistance.  We cannot offer a refund or replacement if more than three days have passed since the date of delivery. 

[POPPED] Artisan Popcorn does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons: 

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders made by the purchaser or recipient.
  • Incorrect items and/or quantity and/or address provided at time of order
  • Recipient refused delivery or was not present at time of delivery
  • Item(s) still in transit
  • Damage to packaging that does not impact quality or shelf life
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition
  • Customer consumed at least half (50%) of the popcorn

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
